1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the EziBills Terms of Service and outlines permitted and prohibited uses of the EziBills platform (the “Service”).

EziBills is designed to enable legitimate payments to genuine third parties using credit or debit cards. You must not use the Service in a way that creates financial, regulatory, or payment network risk.

  • Payments to family members, associates, or related entities primarily to earn rewards

Your EziBills account is personal and must not be shared. You must not allow another person to access or operate your account unless authorised by EziBills in writing.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

EziBills may monitor transactions and account activity to detect misuse. Where necessary, we may:

7. Consequences of Misuse

If we determine the Service has been misused, we may:

  • Suspend or permanently close your account
  • Cancel pending payments
